CEO Ruben Gutierrez

Ruben Gutierrez is the founder of VRG Components, Inc. and currently serves as CEO and VP of Sales.  Ruben jump-started his career in the electronics industry in 1999.  Since then, he has worked exclusively in the electronic components industry making a trusted name for himself as a highly accomplished and ambitious sales management executive.  Ruben’s outstanding successes in the electronic components industry and strong leadership skills motivated him to build VRG Components, Inc. from conception to realization.

CFO-COO Verena Martin

Verena Martin is the co-founder of VRG Components, Inc. and serves as the COO.   She oversees Marketing, Human Resources, Accounting, and Administration, and is responsible for the strategic direction of the company.  Ms. Martin is a native of Austria who gained her experience working for top players in the media industry in Vienna, specifically serving multinational companies such as Bertelsmann, Inc and RTL Television in New York City.  Her previous entrepreneurial and start-up experience motivated her to build VRG Components.

Stas Pyslarou is a veteran of the electronic components industry & serves as our Sales Manager.  With over 20 years of international sales and 12 years of electronic components sales experience, he is a tried and true sales leader.  Stas understands the complexity of our worldwide industry and the unique needs of our customers.  He had built an extremely successful, customer focused sales team through leadership, dedication, and a commitment to excellence.

Jo Rinder is our Human Resources Manager.  Jo has an extensive background in Human Resources, General Management and business ownership.  She worked in the automotive industry as an H.R. and Office Manager for over twenty years.  She also owned and operated a decorative painting company.  Jo later transitioned back into the business world as an H.R. Manager and then General Manager for a large flooring company.  Jo has transformed VRG’s H.R. department with a focus on building a great company culture, cultural diversity, and development of comprehensive employee training programs.

 

Michael Robertson is our Quality Assurance Manager.  Michael is a driven, results-oriented quality and manufacturing management professional with numerous accomplishments within the automotive, cold-forming, high speed machining, and electronics components sectors.  Michael is certified in Total Quality Management (TQM), Statistical Analysis/SPC, and Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).  He is a Certified Quality Auditor/QAI, ISO 9001:2015 and a Certified Quality Inspector/ASQ.  He has worked many years in ISO/TS 16949/ IATF 16949:2016 and AS9100 environments improving and implementing quality and manufacturing management systems and processes.

 

Carolynn Sarver is our Marketing Manager. Carolynn has spent over 20 years developing & executing multi-faceted B2B (business to business) marketing plans for several multinational companies both in the US & abroad.  She utilizes her analytical skills to understand the complexities of the worldwide electronic component market while embracing her creativity to communicate effectively on a variety of platforms.  Her comprehensive understanding of digital marketing & branding is essential to her work at VRG Components.

 

Ron Scoppettone is our General Manager.  Ron is a veteran of the electronic components industry having built his own successful independent electronics distribution company.  He is well versed in the complexities of our industry particularly as it relates to military, aerospace, aviation, and defense component needs.  He is considered a connector specialist in the industry.

 

Sarah Ulander is our Accounting Manager.  Her career in Finance & Accounting spans 16 years, primarily in the role of Accounts Receivable Accounting Manager.  She was the Senior Billing Analyst for a major national news organization and then the Accounts Receivable Manager for a large lighting technologies company.  She later embraced her entrepreneurial spirit to start a healthy vending company, the first of its kind in the area.  After 6 successful years of growth she sold it to a much larger vending company looking to start a healthy snack division.  Sarah has a passion for business growth and optimization.
