VRG Components Makes Inc. 2021 List of Best Workplaces

VRG Components, Inc. has been named to Inc. magazine’s annual list of the Best Workplaces for 2021.  The list is the result of a wide-ranging and comprehensive measurement of American companies that have created exceptional workplaces and company culture whether teams are operating in person or remotely.

VRG Components employees participated in an employee survey, conducted by Quantum Workplace, on topics including management effectiveness, perks, and fostering employee growth.  The organization’s benefits were also audited to determine the company’s overall score and ranking.  Collecting data from thousands of submissions, Inc. singled out 429 honorees this year.

In the survey, VRG team members mentioned how they value the company’s comprehensive benefits and commitment to their core values.  This results in a nurturing, engaging work environment where every employee can thrive.  Coupled with a fun, humorous, day-to-day atmosphere, it’s a winning combination.

When faced with the pandemic in early 2020, the company was challenged to meet dramatically increased customer demand while keeping employees safe.  Leaders acted quickly to adopt all CDC recommended safety measures, seamlessly roll out a comprehensive work from home strategy, and put a communications program in place to keep employees and their families as safe as possible with accurate and timely updates.
